Participation in the Congress is open to clinicians and researchers worldwide who are interested in exchanging information on drug therapy in HIV infection. Only fully paid, pre-registered delegates will be permitted to take part in the Congress. The 2026 Congress will run as a hybrid event, giving attendees the choice of participating in person in Glasgow or via our virtual platform.

Registration for HIV Glasgow 2026 will open in January 2026.

All fees include UK VAT @ 20%

In-person registration fees include access to all Congress sessions, Congress portal including live and on-demand content, exhibition hall, welcome reception, catering during coffee and lunch breaks from Sunday to Wednesday inclusive.

Cancellations Policy: Cancellations are permitted prior to 7 August 2026. Please email hivglasgow@ashfieldmedcomms.com if you need to cancel your registration. The cancellation will be subject to an administrative fee of £150 which will be deducted from any refund due to you. After this date cancellations are not permitted.

Name changes: If you find yourself unable to attend the Congress, and a colleague is able to attend in your place, please notify the Organising Secretariat at hivglasgow@ashfieldmedcomms.com indicating your full name and institution and the details of your colleague including full name, address and email contact details.  A name change fee of £150.00 will be payable.
