HIV Glasgow 2026 has been assessed as compliant with the MedTech Europe Code of Ethical Business Practice and the EFPIA Code of Practice by Ethical MedTech.

This assessment confirms that HIV Glasgow 2026 meets the applicable requirements for third-party organised educational events, enabling MedTech Europe and EFPIA member companies to provide support to the Congress in accordance with their respective Codes.

HIV Glasgow 2026 will take place at the Scottish Event Campus (SEC).

The official language of the Congress will be English. There will be no simultaneous interpretation.

The Congress Portal—available one week before HIV Glasgow—provides a single, easy-to-use space for delegates to access the programme, speaker biographical details and sponsor information.  The platform will also house the live-streamed and on-demand sessions, interactive Q&A, polling and evaluations. All registered delegates will receive their login credentials one week before the Congress.

After the Congress, you will receive an email inviting you to complete the evaluation survey. Upon completing the survey, your certificate of attendance will be issued and ready for your download.

The Congress have applied for EACCME, further details will be posted here when available.

The organisers do not accept responsibility for each individual’s medical, travel or personal insurance and participants are advised to take out their own policies.

Any Italian pharmaceutical company supporting or participating in a congress held abroad is subject to authorization by AIFA (Italian Drug Agency), according to Italian Law (Legislative Decree 219/06 – Art. 124). The request for authorization must be submitted at least 60 days before the start date of the event.
