Beware of phishing e-mails

It has come to our attention that there is a phishing email circulating posing as official suppliers related to the upcoming HIV Glasgow Congress. These emails are attempts to gain attendee personal information. 
Please refer to the list of known fraudulent websites and e-mails below and remain cautious when receiving unsolicited communications.

E-mail scam from Global Travel Experts
We have had reports of attendees receiving unsolicited e-mails from Global Travel Experts, from e-mail addresses including;
reservation@g-travelexperts[dot]com
reservation@gtravelhost[dot]com
Other e-mail addresses that may be used are:
info@globaltravelexperts[dot]com
support@g-travelexperts[dot]com  
support@gtravelhosting[dot]com
planning@gtravelhosting[dot]com
reservations@gtravelhosting[dot]com
bookings@gtravelservices[dot]com

An example e-mail is below:
Hi there,
Regarding your upcoming conference visit to Glasgow in November, we would like to confirm your travel details.
Please provide your arrival and departure dates to help us finalize your reservation.
Once we have your dates confirmed, we will send you an invoice along with an itinerary that includes detailed information about your booking.
Your booking is entirely modifiable for alterations, modifications, or complete cancellations right up to 14 days ahead of your scheduled check-in date.

These emails are not from HIV Glasgow Congress or any of our official partners. If you receive such an email, please do not respond or provide them with any of your personal details. We believe it is a scam. Please report, block the sender and delete the email.
Please be assured that the HIV Glasgow Congress has not provided participants’ email addresses to this or any other company and does not publish participant emails online.
