Participation in the Congress is open to clinicians and researchers throughout the world interested in the exchange of information on drug therapy in HIV infection. Only fully paid, pre-registered delegates will be allowed to take part in the congress.  The 2024 Congress will be running as a hybrid event giving attendees the choice of attending in-person in Glasgow or via our virtual platform.

All fees include UK VAT @ 20%

In-person registration fees include access to all Congress sessions, Congress portal including live and on-demand content, exhibition hall, welcome reception, catering during coffee and lunch breaks from Sunday to Wednesday inclusive.
 
Virtual registration fees include access to the Congress portal including live and on-demand content. 

Cancellations Policy: Cancellations are permitted prior to 9 August 2024. Please email hivglasgow@ashfieldmedcomms.com if you need to cancel your registration. The cancellation will be subject to an administrative fee of £125 which will be deducted from any refund due to you. After this date cancellations are not permitted.

Name changes: If you find yourself unable to attend the Congress, and a colleague is able to attend in your place, please notify the Organising Secretariat at hivglasgow@ashfieldmedcomms.com indicating your full name and institution and the details of your colleague including full name, address and email contact details.  A name change fee of £125.00 will be payable.
