The Congress Scientific registration fee includes lunches on Sunday 10, Monday 11, Tuesday 13 and Wednesday 14 November 2024. Daily luncheon vouchers are issued to delegates which will enable them to choose from a number of different catering outlets from within the Exhibition Hall. Tea and coffee is provided during the programme within the Exhibition Hall.
 
The Civic Reception on Sunday 10 November 2024 will take place in the Exhibition Hall, and will give delegates an opportunity to meet up with colleagues.

The official language of the Congress will be English. There will be no simultaneous interpretation.

Both virtual and on-site delegates will be will able to access the Congress portal for live and on-demand content. On-demand content will be available on the portal until 31 January 2025.

After the Congress, you will receive an email inviting you to complete the evaluation survey. Upon completing the survey, your certificate of attendance will be issued and ready for your download.

The Congress have applied for EACCME, further details will be posted here when available.

The organisers do not accept responsibility for each individual’s medical, travel or personal insurance and participants are advised to take out their own policies.

Any Italian pharmaceutical company supporting or participating in a congress abroad, is subjected to an authorisation by AIFA (Italian Drug Agency), according to an Italian Government Decree (Decreto Legislativo 219/06 – art. 124).
 
The request of authorisation must be submitted within 60 days of the start date of the event. The appointed agency to collect all applications from pharmaceutical companies and file them with the AIFA is:
